The MELT Meth is a self-care technique that helps you become your own hands-off bodyworker. Using specially-designed small balls and a soft body roller, you learn to stimulate and restore the fluids in your connective tissue. MELTing every day will also help to quiet and rebalance your nervous system so your fight/flight and your rest/restore mechanisms are balanced.
